It never gets old

IMO, This never gets old. You need some historical references for NU? Yeah, this pretty much sums it up. Plus, it is sooo satisfying to see Herbie soo flustered over something he just cannot realize.

edit: I apologize for posting something out of left field

Just confirms why I never liked Herbie...Hey, maybe that's why he hates Nebraska sooooooooooooooo much! His name is Herbie!!! Oh God, that's priceless!!! :rollin :rollin :rollin :rollin :rollin :rollin :rollin

Lol at '95 Huskers not playing anyone

what a n000b
I love how he has his little stat sheet that he is reading(and throwing) but doesnt even know ANYTHING about the 71 team, or the 95 schedule. It would take 5 seconds to google our schedule, and a little more to research the 71 team. and considering thats you JOB.... you should know that stuff

At least Holtz stood up for NU. Off topic, weren't we supposed to play Notre Dame more than twice? Or was I imagining it (highly possible)?

Herbie = :asshat . As much as I hate listening to Holtz, he has been the biggest supporter of all the D-Bags from ESPN. I also think I read where someone else on the board had said this ...."he sounds good when he gets in coach mode"....I agree.

didn't he also say the 71 one team played no one, and though i was born in 86 i'm pretty sure that the top 4 teams from 71 all came from the Big 8(i think it was NU, OU, KU, and MU in that order or close to it)
not quite... we did beat 2, 3,and 4 but #2 was alabama. MU wasnt ranked
ahh, sorry, like i said, bit before my time, but i know the one thing every nebraska must know from that year...who put who in the blank ;)

also abc, yeah he's very good, he wrote a book, i think mid 80's ish(the football coach at my old highschool as it) where he talks bout what it was like to come to memorial stadium.
