I've hated Riley from the beginning.

i'm not sold on riley yet. he almost lost us the game with that pooch call. he CONSISTENTLY finds ways to be bad at coaching when it matters most. I cannot and will not look away form it. Huge win, nonetheless.
The game management and clock management stuff is getting old. We damn near blew it by letting the clock tick away and not running a 2-minute offense/no huddle. I thought that was questionable and the fans were losing their minds over it. I don't think I've heard such urgency like that from the crowd since maybe 2004 when we almost upset Texas.

While I still think Reilly is not the right coach for this job, have to give him credit for getting a signature win over a top 10 opponent. something Bo never did.

Still, how to you lose (actually get beat down) to Perdue and then beat Mich St?? the world may never now.
This is exactly what I expected after I researched MR's career. Lose some games you shouldn't, have a big upset every now and then, and finish no higher than 3rd in the conference. I don't expect any final score blowouts either. MR is committed to stopping the run, so when teams get big leads, they run they ball and kill clock, but don't score. With Bo committed to stopping the pass, if a team was successful with the run, the score just kept climbing.

In any case, this was a win that the seniors needed, and we needed for recruiting. I hope Iowa is undefeated when we play them. When is the last time Nebraska beat two undefeated teams with at least 8 wins in the same season?

Obviously the whole narrative of this team quitting and being toxic and yadayadayada can be put to bed.

Great effort by the guys.

I think Armstrong deserves high conference honors. Guy is a gamer.
Who said the team quit? The toxic culture is being fixed I believe, maybe they even tucked it in and said goodbye to it tonight.

Dunno. This doesn't answer your question but in 2010 we beat 6-0 Oklahoma State and 6-0 Missouri.

stringing 3 wins together at the end is still highly unlikely, being a giant killer would be a good thing too.
But it would sure be a great way to end the season, and it would make the off-season more fun. But you meant stringing 4 wins together didn't you - including a bowl.
