@TheBugeater's comments in the Tony Fair thread are really obnoxious. However, looking at the IP addresses, they are all from Elmhurst, IL. I don't recall seeing that for wifi/jessica0, mostly Wisconsin.

There are several IPs listed as Watertown, Wisconsin.

If I recall correctly, his IPs have always jumped around quite a bit.
