Ha, I saw you asked him which team he was gong to root for and I knew exactly what you meant. If I was as disillusioned with the Huskers as he always seems to be, I think I'd find a new team. He's not a happy chap.

 
Well, so much for my August Amnesty initiative.  8 special ones on the 2017 version already. Some familiar faces and some newcomers.  Thought for sure it would take until at least the 2nd game to get on my nerves. I was wrong.

To be honest Waldo was an iffy inclusion for me. I've really never minded his stuff before but when somebody just keeps posting the same whiny complaint without backing it up or at least changing it a bit, it kinda gets to me. I thought I saw some of that from him in the game thread and a couple post game discussions. If all I wanted to hear was somebody bitching about something, I've got a wife for that. :lol:   He may be off the list soon...everyone else was rock solid picks tho.

 
no, you were right to include waldo in the initial additions. doing it now will just save you the time and effort, not to mention the headache, of doing it later.

 
It's still early in the season. I'm sure there will need to be some new inclusions almost weekly now.

I'll be keeping an eye on him.

Sometimes you just need a good old-fashioned direct, honest solution. Weird workarounds often bandied about may try to create tolerable results, but are primarily intended to preserve/serve larger principles (ahem, power interests).

It's a cynical ploy to preserve the current power structure by people who value that above change or actual improving outcomes. At least, if it's not, it's indistinguishable in effect.

Nah, this way I can blame that JJ guy for all of it. Besides that, if this defense doesn't work out, another name change may be called for.

On another note, the ignore feature on this new board update is sweet. It's virtually like that user has been banned. You don't see sh!t from them. Used to be you would still see their BS when others would quote them. Not now. The old board would have that obvious "click to view it anyway" tab. It was like a flashing neon light, but no more.
