 Admo gives a decent overview.  I remember walking out of the theater and feeling very morose. It was the same feeling I had after watching Uncut Gems. Though with Uncut Gems it's because of the last 5-10 minutes of the movie. Joker was that way for the whole movie.

Wouldn't be nearly as necessary if your assessment was paired with a simple, "It wasn't personally for me", rather than, literally, "No. Don't ever watch it."

Feeling morose isn't compelling evidence to not watch something. BTW, you're the one coming across bitter here, imo.
