Four people were playing cards. One played a card and another player immediately jumped up and started to take her clothes off. Why?

I'm being lazy with this one ;)

2. Did the rules of the game require a participant to disrobe under certain conditions?

3. Was a bet involved? That is, was there a bet that the person would disrobe if a certain card was played, or if a certain result occurred?
