Isn't Aho 4 for 3 though? I'd have to think that makes a differenceHe could be a backup for Coates, correct. But Aho isn't a backup and we are ok with him being a later grad.

Aho is an outside LB.He could be a backup for Coates, correct. But Aho isn't a backup and we are ok with him being a later grad.
Yes, but that is irrelevant to the discussion about taking JUCO's that are late grads.Aho is an outside LB.
Yes, it could. But Payne isn't.Isn't Aho 4 for 3 though? I'd have to think that makes a difference
He has a very unique body and skill set for a DE. These are the ones that can be diamonds in the rough
Probably a mixture of good weight on his frame and that NC State as of recently has developed DL talent like crazy, so if they want him, he projects well.I'm a bit "meow" on him. What do you and others love about this guy?
He looks like he has a tremendous motor and first step on his tapeI'm a bit "meow" on him. What do you and others love about this guy?
Yes, agreed. So where do you guys put him as it relates to Alex Harrison, whom we missed out on?Better than Coates
They play different positions so not really an easy comp. Harrison is a 310 lb DT/NT for us where Payne is going to be a DE. As mentioned earlier, I love this kid's explosiveness and drive. I think he could be a solid addition for us to replace the Davis twins.Yes, agreed. So where do you guys put him as it relates to Alex Harrison, whom we missed out on?
For me, Harrison had a whole different level ... yet, I don't have any insight into "technique", just the eye ball test.
Our front 7 changes this year will be exciting to see. We are bringing in a lot of guys and I think will finally see what Chins can do with "his guys"
