He's qualifying. But he only signed financial aid papers with Nebraska, he didn't sign fully. Think like Stringfellow who went to Ole Miss. 

He's committed to Nebraska, but going to take some visits.

50/50 is my guess.  Kid got the grades he needed and now is looking around because of new options.  I would do the same.

I hope he stays, but I'd guess he is gone. To be a late commit and to then take visits isn't a good sign

Wouldn’t be shocked if he jumped ship and stayed in the SEC but Texas Tech?

Hopefully he figures things out quick I’m guessing he isn’t that far from reporting to campus.

He can't go to the SEC.  But he's interested in staying South.  Not sure TT is really what he's looking for either but we'll see.

I would obviously love to have him.  But, if he's a late commit, then a late qualifier.....and now looking around.  How really committed to come here and succeed is he?

He can't go to the SEC.  But he's interested in staying South.  Not sure TT is really what he's looking for either but we'll see.

It'd be a bummer to lose out on him. However if he wants to stay in the south I suppose it's better he go now rather than deciding to transfer halfway through the season. Hope he finds the right situation for him.

Word is he liked his trip to Texas Tech but it wasn’t nearly enough to make him want to switch.  His college coach is still expecting him to be in Lincoln in early August - after his classes are done on July 31.
