I think it's pretty rare for them to rate JUCO players really high

That rating is a lazy attempt of rivals pretending like the evaluated him. It was like oh s#!t 247 rated him so I guess we better throw something out.

I think it is funny sometimes, but they're very grainy and outdated in reference. I thought the one thing the prior staff did right was the marketing. They killed it and set the bar. 

Riley and his staff did such a great job at marketing that they fooled a lot of Husker fans in believing that they were doing a great job.

There have been stats posted from the conference web site that say it is true.

Either explain why you know better than his conference does or let it drop.

Pima stats are notoriously incorrect.

For example check out the stats for their last game against Mesa.

Pima credits their individual defensive players with a combined 170 tackles when Mesa ran only 76 plays. In that same game Mesa individuals were credited with 70 tackles (100 less than Pima) on almost the same number of plays. 

Against Scottsdale, they credited Fair with 25 tackles (23 solo and 2 assist) and Scottsdale only ran 34 running plays. A complete tape of the game shows him making 3 solo, 2 assisted.  His Scottsdale Hudl highlights show him making 3 tackles.  Impossible for a nose guard to have 25 tackles on 34 running plays.
