Jussie Smollett Indicted - Again

i thought he got off way to easy last time.  Didn't he admit to wrongdoing last time and paid some fines? maybe some time served also?  can't recall.   but....  can he be charged again for the same thing?

I may be recalling incorrectly but I don’t think he admitted to much wrongdoing and then somewhat suspiciously the charges were dropped or not pursued. So, I would guess if he was never officially charged and exonerated, that they can still bring charges. I don’t think it would fall into any double jeopardy type situation.
