Probably merits something. If Kaz doesn't have a history (and I don't think he has a significant one? He's been here a while), we could just move it to Offending Posts and let him know privately that was not okay.

Yeah, that's kind of what I was wondering.

The sex offender part just seemed over the top. I think Offending Posts would probably be fine in this case.

Oh -- for Kaz, I PMd him without warning. Is there an easy way to include all the mods in a PM, by the way? I'd do that more often if I didn't have to type so much.

Just list whoever you want in Other Recipients. I don't know that you can do everyone as a group but they can be added individually.
