Welcome to HS athletics.  You just know about that one because CP was involved.  Parents these days are insane, and we wonder why the kids are screwed up.

Between wanna be dads coaching like they are preparing for the Super Bowl and parents yelling at officials I know I’ve had enough.  I dropped a STFU on another parent on our team last year for yelling at a ref.  It’s getting ridiculous.

It’s social media and this NIL culture.  It’s gross.

I absolutely loved watching my kids in sports.  But, I don't miss it because of everything you listed.  I told a parent to shut up at a basketball game once that was sitting behind me. Everyone around me appreciated it.  But, then he just sat there yelling at me at the back of my head.

I'm proud to say that with three kids, each playing multiple sports, I never once approached a coach in anger or confronted them in any way.  I always had the attitude that I'll support the coach and my kids just need to work harder.

My mom slept with my coach to gaurentee me playing time.  So I got that going for me

Wish him the best.  Had a pretty good gig with Ty and Nash dominating the line every game.  Those 2 guys could have made any DL Coach look great.  That's how you make money.

The real tricky part for a D-Line coach is next year with those guys gone.  That's how earn your money.
