This is really a positive post about football and the type of people we have as fans. I wish you would leave it on the main page for a few days. The kid needs our prayers and well wishes. It has been moved twice now. Once it gets off the front page, very few look at it.

Most of you know how I feel about the University of South Carolina. I do NOT feel the same way about Lattimore. Kid is a great leader, a class act, and all around good guy. I truly hate that this happened to him.

That being said, this is being blown way out of proportion down here. Today was named "Marcus Lattimore Day" in the state of South Carolina, and the university hosted a birthday party/get well soon shindig for him today, and if I understand correctly, Lattimore wasn't even able to attend. I know it's a big deal that he got hurt, and like I said earlier, he's a great kid, but a bigger deal is being made of his knee injury than the 3 army reserves that were killed in Afghanistan a few months back.

Also a big F.U. to the facebook "friend" of mine who posted this yesterday:

I appreciate Clemson fans support for Marcus Lattimore, it shows great sportsmanship and integrity, exactly 12 months after ragging the same man for tearing an ACL in the other knee last year... From all of us in gamecock country, thanks Clemson, we guess...or did the outpour of respect for the man leave you zero choice?...We will miss u Marcus n pray that u succeed off the fball field as much as u have on it, n we will get these wins for you! Just save your fake condolences for your next ACC title game or contest against West Virginia and another loss withOUT lattimore, tweet that dabo! Go c$%ks!
