I've always thought he'd leave eventually and any kid that signs with him is taking that risk. When he turned down the Washington job it confirmed it for me. Ucla is the type of job where any moderate success, i.e. beating usc and showing "promise" will give you job security, plus its easy to recruit to. He's smart for passing up other college positions in the past for the right job.

I believe he is UCLA's to lose right now and I think he's definitely gone from USC unless they get an extremely good coach that he likes.
