UCLA recently offered and he visited yesterday. They told him he's #1 on their defensive wish list. Said he wants his family to go back for a visit.

 
I would love to know the thought process on this.

He is already playing in a very highly competitive area with great visibility with recruiters.

Why would a player think they need to transfer to IMG for their senior year?

I can't imagine he is going to get more P5 programs seeing him than he is already.

I would say he will get quite a bit more exposure and face significantly better competition. Colorado doesn't exactly crank out Power 5 players.

But I would guess the biggest thing is they are thinking they'll get more and better coaching.
