I had some left over biscuits that I made the other day in a Tupperware container and I was in the mood for French Toast for brunch. I decided to use the biscuits to make French Toast instead of using bread.
The biscuits tasted better than using bread so I will make French Toast that way from now on. The picture isn’t the prettiest, but, it was good. I eyeballed the ingredients,
I put an egg in a pie pan and added some milk; whisked. I added some sugar, vanilla and cinnamon; whisked. Then I sliced the biscuits in half and coated them on both sides in the egg mixture. Melted some butter in a skillet; added the biscuits and let them cook for a few minutes on each side. Plated the biscuits and poured syrup over.
***Make sure the biscuits get warm!
