Less than a month away

I don't remember if there has been as much buzz about a Husker pitching group like this year's group since maybe the 2005 team. Would that seem about right?
2006 had Joba Chamberlain, Johnny Dorn and Tony Watson back. That rotation was pretty hyped up, although the results didn't turn out as well as Chamberlain/Duensing/Kroenke/Dorn/Watson in '05 (turns out Childress was a decent pitching coach

). This year could be close, especially if Sinclair and maybe Burkamper and/or Knutson perform well. Getting Silva was a major coup.

And keeping him an even bigger one.

I don't follow the baseball team very close but Kevin Sjuts just tweeted that Wes Edrington is out for the year with a torn ACL.

Ten days to go! Can't get here fast enough. Anyone know what is taking BTN so long to put out a media schedule for the baseball season? Also, are any of the first two weekends' games being carried online or anywhere else other than Husker radio?

I'm curious as to who will be the starter Saturday morning when we go up against #2 Oregon State.

Erstad said which 4 would be pitching previously, but not for which game yet. I'm guessing the 4 game rotation will be:

Fri -Kubat

Sat Morning - Bummer

Sat Night - Sinclair

Sun - Deleon

Any other guesses before they are announced?
