This new member who joined us on the 12th has started several threads that are just generally negative in nature and seem to be attempts to troll the board.

Curious what everyone's thoughts are here? My knee jerk reaction is to ban him for trolling because that's what he seems to be doing here. But before I do that I just wanted to see what everyone thought?

Hello,

It's one thing to be critical of the coaching staff and the Huskers, it's another to basically troll the board which you've done by starting a few different threads talking about all the turnovers TA is going to have against Minny and how Nebraska is going to "piss" this game away. I've locked both of those threads and moved them off of our main board. You are a new member here, I want you to stay a member of huskerboard.com, but you won't be successful here or stay here long starting threads like that being a new member. My advice to you is pick your tone of those topics better than you have. Several folks have already pegged you as a troll......if you aren't one that's great, but if you are, that's not something we can tolerate here.

Those are definitely incongruities, and I think the latter are troll-y posts, even if his tone doesn't reflect that.

 
He is a troll (even has a picture of one in his signature). In fact, his email is @omahanews which is the same as Moneyball. My guess is Mad Dog may be a puppet account.

I vote ban.

Wow, I never even would have guessed.

Same email addresses, too, which makes it all the more obvious: moneyball@omahanews.com, maddog@omahanews.com. What a character. Good riddance.
