Marcus Satterfield Hired as Offensive Coordinator

With all the talk about Satterfield and our offensive woes, I found it interesting to go back through this thread to see initial perspectives and concerns when he was hired.  The primary job of every head coach is to nail the two coordinator hires.  I think we can all agree that Rhule failed when he selected Satterfield.

I think he wanted Thomas, but he was with Pittsburgh that year and Nixon was with the Giants. 
 

Brady was with the Bills and ended up being hired as the OC. Peetz has stuck around in the NFL as well.

Think with the way Rhule has hired those were all the people he considered. 
 

It’s telling that Satt wasn’t hired as an OC at Baylor.
