:: BIO :: 1980 was a great year because it gave us the wonderful Marisa Miller, who was born in the coastal city of Santa Cruz, California, on the northern part of Monterey Bay, a little more than an hour south of San Francisco.
In high school, Marisa was a star volleyball player. In fact, in her junior year, thanks to her position as outside hitter, her team never lost a game during the entire season.
