I remember when Mike Riley was hired, I was like who??  BTW, I feel much different about HC hires.  This one?  Whatever, I never expected a "splash" hire.

They could go out and hire the top O line coach in the country and I wouldn't know who he is.  So, I was never expecting someone I knew about to be hired for this.

So, I'm excited for different coaching on the O line and someone who came from a top O line school and has experience at every level.
