Not similar at all. Mo didn't distribute anything. Either way though, if the punishment is to be a % of his income, as a student athlete....
He sent the video to the girl. That's distribution.

I am letting UNL handle the issue. I am also expressing an opinion on a message board. Those two things are not mutually exclusive. You sound like a preacher! There is an athlete code of conduct, so please let UNL address this issue. Some of these young are not as bad as you think and need guidance. I'm sure Frost will do what is right for both!
Interestingly, that's sometimes the ONLY segment I listen to just because it can often be a riot. But, I do agree that it is by and large a huge waste of air time.I find it hard to believe that ANYTHING is more annoying than the weekly travesty that presents itself as the Schick and Nick segment. Two loud screechers naively believing we are amused by sophmoric give and take reminiscing about their past is a futile waste of air time.
Not to derail but... you can have negative rep on this board??Similar situation happened with Jacque Jones. Hopefully, this is as serious as it gets with Washington.
Former MLB outfielder Jacque Jones found liable in revenge-porn case
Former MLB outfielder Jacque Jones was found liable in a San Diego civil court for distributing a nude photo of his ex-girlfriend, and was ordered to pay nearly $67,000 in damages, Deadspin reported on Thursday.
I have a teenage son & daughter, so I understand. I also understand how emotional youth breakups are and how sex is more common today in teenagers. Those 2 together along with a state law that says a teenager can not have consensual sex is asking for trouble.I am letting UNL handle the issue. I am also expressing an opinion on a message board. I probably sound alot more like the father of a teenage daughter than I do preacher.

I haven't really followed Nick's show as it pertains to the Mo case, though. Mostly just S&B and a little USC. Nick has always had a habit of repeating himself on his show, or taking an incredibly long amount of time to make a relatively minor point, so it's a little hit or miss for me.

Those were some wild west days around here. Used to have negative rep, but got rid of it after complaints/abuse.Not to derail but... you can have negative rep on this board??
In my opinion, this is more than just offending someone.
To be honest, I would be fine with the University of Nebraska Athletics having a policy, clearly defined and explained to all Student Athletes, that if you use sexually explicit images to hurt/shame someone, you lose the right to represent the university.
I think the vast majority of people posting about this have noble intentions, just differences of opinion.I think you have very noble intentions. And I don't fault that.

How is that post terrible? A large segment of this thread has been about what sort of punishment Washington could face and he posts a recent article about a similar situation in the same state that uses the same laws.I can see why he got negative rep though. Terrible terrible post.
