Media Bias

Sure. Before I go through the effort…

1) what do you consider independent?
2) Will you read each one thoroughly

3) will you read it with an open mind in order to learn and grow?

I'm fine for you to define independent however you see fit and I'm glad to (barring any big red flags that would bring the independent and dependable nature into question) have an open mind to any rigorous analysis of media bias, especially if it is controlling for and/or analyzing the variable of ideology as the correlated source of bias. I think the state of the news and media ecosystem is abysmal, but thus far not for the same reasons I suspect you do, but hey, maybe I'll have new compelling info to update my own conclusions.

That’s usually a good indicator for a pretty neutral announcer/referee.

Political tribes railing against the 'mainstream media' really does have a very analogous feel to Nebraska fans claiming that ESPN/Kirk Herbstreit/the Big Ten/etc. hate us, now that I think about it.

It's an absolutely necessary part of tribalism. If there is no one against us then what do we have to bring us together?

Also telling that every fanbase, including Alabama and the SEC, thinks there's a media bias against them.
