Member question - can the members send PMs to multiple people?

I logged in as my dummy account to check this, and it doesn't seem like members are able to send PMs to more than one person at a time, but I wanted to check with you gurus to be sure.

 
you're right, turns out that they can't. hm. Also checked with my dummy account. Oops, I appear to have given da skers bad info.

Do we want to increase it? If so, I recommend we keep the number relatively low - no more than 5 or 10 at most - or we'll end up with someone using it to spam the hell out of the membership.
