Scott Frost stole a QB recruit from us....Scott Frost would i think bring in some great recruits to Nebraska. he gets Nebraska, he is young to where the kids like him, he is coming from Oregon a "cool" school...dude would also have TO and Chip kellly to consult to....wow what a network!

Bring in Frost, he's the only one capable and probably willing to step into this mess.

I highly doubt it. Even if we lose out, I expect him to be retained. I figure he'll be forced to make some personnel changes and told that we need to show improvement next year. We'll go 7-5 or similar and they'll say we're showing progress and he'll be given ANOTHER year. Sadly, we're gonna be stuck with him for a while it appears.

Oh, I certainly hope I am! I'd have no problem being wrong in this case... but I don't think I am. I guarantee Riley (and in turn, Eichorst) are talking all about POB and the other recruits they have coming in, and just wait and see until they get their offense up and running with their own recruits.

Funny, when Riley was hired I had zero hope and figured on 2-3 years of despair. Now, he has been so bad that I actually have hope that it will only be 1 year of despair.

Well looks like SDSE is getting an extension according to news reports, seems like he and HCMR are hear to stay for awhile anyways.

If Perlman extends Eichorst's contract, it would be a huge FU to the fan base and school. It would be purely spiteful. I can't imagine the Regents or President sitting idle while that happens.
