We had a user named monte68347 that was banned. I saw two posts, neither of which seemed particularly bad. Does anyone recall why he was banned?

I ask because he re-registered not long ago as Zuma Red - but hasn't posted yet.

 
Oh, well. Just odd. I don't remember doing it, and I can't recall a time that I did it that I didn't either post some explanation. Thanks, guys.

By the way, just back from out of state. Should be around (albeit for short bursts) until Sunday afternoon, when I head out again.

This is getting old, fast, I have to tell you. Oh, well - at some point we'll move from examining other states to beginning the implementation in Arkansas. Of course, at that point I'm going to be looking at a lot of code and specs...

At the moment, states contiguous to Arkansas - Tennessee, Texas, etc. Soon, that'll branch out to other states as we learn of any that have systems that seem interesting or have promise. Since every state is having to do this, there is no roadmap on how to do it, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have been slow with details. So, we're hunting for ideas at the moment.
