my days are numbered

Just remember to ask for soft wrist restraints after about 2 hours of hard labor. No not for you twit for her. :) And tell all the MD's and nurses to keep all sharp objects out of her reach when you are near. j/k j/k

I still remember when my son was born 24+years ago. Wasn't a nurse then and hadn't finished Lamaze classes when he decided to make his grand entrance. Be sitting down when the placenta arrives. Quite the gusher. All in all the most unforgettable moment in my life. I am confident your baby's birth will be yours also.

Factoid! :rollin

My wife delivered 4. Damn tough gal. ;) You will have a new found respect for her toughness . My wife changed a bit in my eyes after the first one. I gained a whole heapin' helpin' of respect for her.

Good luck Eric. You ever witnessed live birth before? :hmmph :hmmph :hmmph :madash :o

It makes the delivery room nurses wacko having to catch falling husbands or significant others.

Just let the nurses know if you might check out during so they can try to keep an eye on you and so you don't fall on anything sharp. You'll do just fine.

I should hope so - he has the easy part...

I remember after my first son was born. Driving home from the hospital I realized that my life and priorities had changed and would never be the same.

I am very happy for you Eric. There is nothing as difficult but gratifying as being a parent.

Early congrats man.

You know, between his wife monpolizing the computer and his time on diaper patrol, pretty soon we'll be saying, "Whatever happened to ETR? He wasn't that bad to have around..."

Thanks for the kind words. Went to the dr. yesterday and everything is proceeding as normal.

70% of women having babies poop while pushing.
What about the men coaching? :hmmph

You will make poopy if you let your berries or stick get within her reach during the push. :)

I'll take it for granted your wife is one of the nicer ones. Jr.'s mom could spin her head around like Linda Blair.
