Nebraska @ A&M (Nov 11th)

Hey guys/gals,

I'm 24 and an Omaha native that's active duty Military down in San Antonio, TX. I've got my tickets to the game (been deployed a bunch to the desert and haven't been to a Nebraska game in years even though they've played two bowl games in San Antonio :( ) and I was wondering if anyone would like to have some company tailgating at the A&M game! I'll bring food/beer and whatever and I have a hot girlfriend you can look at! (not too hard though ;) )

Please don't make me hang out with Aggies :(

 
Haha I have no problem with A&M or their fans...I would just prefer to hang out with Huskers....you know...common interest sort of thing but hey!!!!!! I'm down to hang out with whoever!

 
Oh believe me, I know it will happen. I was just kinda looking for a group of cool people that are coming down and would like to hang.

 
darveaux...if nothing else, the Houstonians for Husker Alumni Chapter has like 60 tickets or something and will be there. Look for them.

BTW, long time lurker, first time poster. I hang out most of the time on one of the other husker boards on the web.

Hey darveaux,

Welcome to the board. I'll be making the trip, so you're welcome to join us. Heading to Houston first to meet friends then driving up to CS on Sat possibly Fri - may also meet up with Ag04 who's a cool cat, and anyone else from the board who wants to join us.

Eric the Red might be coming along for the ride as well ... if I can beer-pressure him into it. :cheers If not we have an xtra ticket, so tell your girl to invite a cool friend and shes N for the time of her life. :wasted

Originally from Bellevue as well. Sure do miss the place! I live in West Texas and going to try my damndest to come to the Aggie game. I heard tickets are hard to come across so I will wait and see.

 
Hey guys! Thanks for the warm welcome. srahusker....I'm taking it that you're in the Air Force based on your name....I am in the AF as well and I'm also a SrA. I grew up in Ralston until about 15 when my mom got married again and I moved up by Mo Valley Iowa (Yes I know :violin ) but luckily everyone stayed loyal to the Huskers (except for my mother who now attends ISU games :dunno )

Actually, my girlfriend works at a bar down here on the River Walk (I used to work there too) and might not be able to get off..If you came to the Alamo Bowl maybe you heard of it...Mad Dogs. She's the one in the middle in the black. Anyways....I'd definately be interested in hanging or maybe even making the trip in one car to save us some money.

Oh and yes....our bar was represented very well during the Alamo Bowl...there was only like 4 Michigan Fans in the whole place!!!
