For housekeeping purposes:
Two board members reported him in regards to his recent behavior in P&R. So far as I can tell, some of what he's sharing is within board rules - it's his opinion. People just don't like the way he's doing it.
He's doing some other things I do have a problem with, though, like telling people to "pay attention." I sent him a PM asking him to stop this behavior. I also posted something in the thread for everyone else since he's definitely not the only person toeing the line.
