This was the Illini looking ahead to Michigan and Purdue and playing a road game...and this was NU just having some heart and a gambling game plan that sort of worked a bit.

And you dorks that think Bryce is not good don't realize that his body is about 16 years old...in two years (when he is in the NBA) will be crazy solid.

He was good until Kofi got his 4th, then Frazier took over and Verge thought he could match him. The last 4 minutes are the difference between a good team that knows how to win and a bad team in a close game where they keep losing.

Liked a lot more of what I saw tonight. Disappointing because it felt like it was there for the taking and they didn’t hit a ton of 3s on us plus missed a lot of FTs. Gave up way too many offensive rebounds again. I appreciated the fight after we blew the big lead.
