Netflix & streaming video stuff worth watching

I have to give another shoutout for The Boys on Prime. I’m not a huge superhero fan and that may be why I liked this one cuz these “superhero’s” are scumbags. I guess it’s different because they’re such selfish uncaring dicks.

Also watched The Great Hack on Netflix (about Cambridge Analytica). It was sort of interesting but not really anything new and I felt they could’ve done a much better job explaining and telling the story. Kinda disappointing.

Just started watching this and it's bad a$$!

Started binging Happy! last night.  Dark comedy.  It's pretty good.

I don't expect actors to stay skinny forever, 'cause they're real people. But in El Camino

Todd looks like he's had botox injections in his face.

With Jesse it wasn't as noticeable because he gained 10-15 pounds over the course of Breaking Bad, and looks pretty close to what he did at the end.

Then there's Bryan Cranston who doesn't seem to have aged much. I almost thought they had just found some old footage, but Jesse had aged so it was clearly a newly shot scene.
Yeah, I almost thought that Todd was like a CGI thing or something.

Not a PM fan at all but this really was a good series.  Pretty much every woman profiled is a complete sociopath.  Only like 6 episodes or something but really liked it and hope they make more.

I need to watch it again - with a lot of the Boston movies I spend so much time looking at what they do right and what gets overdone (i.e the accent) that I don't fully appreciate the storyline.

We were in Boston for the first time over the summer. I was hugely disappointed that most everyone had a pretty basic American accent. I don't think I heard half a dozen people sound like they do in the movies.

Ah - ya gotta go into the neighborhoods around the city.  Most of the restaurants and etc near tourism areas are college kids (unless you hit Union Ouster House, Green Dragon, Bell In Hand, Black Rose or a gritty pub down an alley). Some neighborhoods are more working class and townie than others.  Ill send you my favorite news story from a year ago on PM when I get home.  Its too much.

I just watched "Inside The Criminal Mind".  I think episode 2.  Ariel Castro perpetrator.

Strange .... not 11 days, nor 11 weeks, nor 11 months but 11 years to escape.  Castro's house was a regular construction. No window bars, flimsy exterior doors, standard locks and no soundproof.

Fishy?

Executive Decision.  Die Hard knock-off. Ridiculous and idiotic movie imo. (not comedy flix)

Truly beyond belief.  But I watched it for some reason. ...... could be many stars

Funny. Copy Airplane! movie.  Emergency landing c**kpit scene .... Kurt Russell (Ted Sticker) and Halle Berry (Elaine D**kenson).  But forgot Otto ..... blown-up copilot  .

BTW, one of my favorite actor .... Kurt Russell.  I enjoyed Escape from NY/LA, Used Cars, Captain Ron, Overboard, Graceland, Tombstone, etc .......
