Instead of having three winners and awarding Huskerboard bucks, we are handing out a new prize to the winner.

As a member, you are to correctly predict the score exactly.

If more than one memeber selects the same score, the tiebreaker will go as follows:

1. The member who closes predicts the Husker passing yards (it doesn't matter if the prediciton is over or under), if there is still a tie, next

2. The member who closes predicts the Husker rushing yards (it doesn't matter if the prediciton is over or under), if there is still a tie, next

3. Whichever member posted first in the contest.

For the first week, if a member correctly predicts the score, they will receive a $25 gift certificate to any of Huskerboards stores.

If no one correctly predicts the score that $25 will roll over to the secend week and the prize will then double to a $50 gift certificate. If in the second week we have no winner, the third week winner will receive $75 gift certificate and so forth and so on. It's like a progressive slot.

Do we want to put a limit on the amount? In theory, it could reach as high as $350.00 if the Huskers go to the Big XII Championship Game and to a bowl game. If so, we need to add that the total will increase up to a limit of XXX dollars.

HuskerBoard reserves the right to amend the rules at any time and for any reason, or to cancel the contest at any time or for any reason. Any amendment or cancellation is effective immediately upon the change or notice of cancellation being posted to the Board, and invalidates any prior rules or contest.

And yes, that's the idea, it could go up to 350 dollars. I asked CHad and he said we could give out 25 dollars a week. So I am.
