I'd imagine Joseph is taking a serious look at this situation seeing how Dooley is on the hot seat. It's no secret if UT has another season like the last two, he's gone. That leaves Joseph and the rest of the staff scrambling for new jobs heading into 2013.

If I'm not mistaken (and I could be), he almost left there earlier in the year if I'm not mistaken was was talked into staying. Seems like Leach wanted him. Again. . the memory is a little foggy and that could have been the RB coach.
