I am not too freaked out about a 3-3-5.  You just use a lot hybrid people.   Also you can attack from all over.  We use it at the HS level against run heavy teams as well.

Tony has ties to the west coast and specifically the Los Angeles area which is a national hotbed overflowing with talent.

He is a graduate of UCLA.

Good find.  Definitely a different response from the prior fan base than we saw with the OC hire who seemed to have mixed views about Satterfield leaving.  I like when the opposing fan base is upset we landed one of their coaches.
