It'sNotAFakeID gave me a warning with this note:  "You know why you're getting this warning point. I hope your family is okay."

I've been a good enough boy since then not to receive any other warnings.  After being a Mod for several years it was pretty embarrassing to get that, and I actually feel bad about it.

I'm still trying to figure out how this was an infraction. But then I also struggled when I called someone dense (when they were being dense) and got warned for it.  Seems like truthfulness should be rewarded.

There is a setting that will combine posts if two back-to-back posts from the same Member are within "x" minutes of each other.  The lowest setting is 1 so I thought I'd try it out to see if that got rid of some of the accidental double post issues.  But it's also combined a couple of my posts if I reply to two different things too quickly.  Not sure if I like it or not.

I would have given me a warning for that interaction.  It was more than just "You're an idiot," I just can't remember exactly.  I do know the word "idiot" was the clincher, but we had been arguing and it was out of hand.  It's not like I could have claimed not to know the rules.  ;)

 Here's mine:

 Calling LOMS a "self-righteous douchebag" is clearly over the line

we all know it's true...
