Just a thought:
I've kicked around the idea of bumping a couple guys up the Mod list. First seaofred92 has been a Mod for the recruiting forums since the last round of Mod additions. He's also previously been a Mod on other boards. I think he's done a really good job, especially kind of taking over the Basketball Recruiting forum and getting some good info in there. I don't think we're hurting for Mods right now but we did lose NUance and - in my opinion - seaofred92 seems to be pretty level-headed. I was thinking of seeing if he'd be interested in being a full Mod. He didn't apply to be a full Mod the last time but I did mention to him that he'd probably get a shot down the road if he was interested.
Regardless of what we do on the first one, I was thinking of asking Young Grand Island Husker if he'd be interested in helping moderate the Recruiting forums - basically what seaofred92 is doing now. A couple reasons for that - seaofred92 mainly helps in the basketball forum which is great but Young Grand Island Husker is very active in the Football forum - especially with the Predictor polls - so I think he might be a good one to do a lot of the leg-work involved with that. Kind of trying to strike while the iron's hot, as it were.
Anyway, just throwing that out as a suggestion.
