Both would be good . I guess the question is #1 who would be willing to do the work of listing updating recruits as well as patrolling for paid content?

Also possibly titled (Recruiting Forum Moderator). I would suggest from the get go that we lay out duties and expectations. ETR would be the one to determine that.

But if we spell out duties from the get go, the worse thing that can happen would be they say no. If we leave it unsaid we will play hell getting them to do what we need after the fact. Sorry if that sounds callas but I have seen first hand that if it isnt done that way, we will just be looking for another helper later.

If I had to choose it would be tough. Rob is loyal and trust worthy in my eyes. Chamrocck although doesnt have the history hear that Rob does, but I bet would run that forum like a swiss watch.

If Chamrocck was trust worthy, he would poor lots of effort into this IMO.

 
eliot, chamrock and djr all seem good. HR would be also if he doesn't go 10-8 on too many people :) He do like his smack. Seems that at times more mods on line would be good. Like in less than 24 hours. :lol:
