New Mods

Chad and I have discussed getting new mods. not replacing the ones we have but getting more. We all work and it's difficult to keep up with it all. How and when do we want to go about doing this. More importantly, when.

 
I'd like to see them added before the spring game. That's going to generate the most posting until the season begins, but should be fairly tame. Gives them a chance to get their feet wet without being blown away, and then gives them a breather.

So, Eric - when does your invite to formerfan go out?

 
They just did this same sort of thing at my office. I'm in Kansas City and my manager and peers are in Denver. They just hired new analysts in Denver, I'm waiting for the pink slip. So what color is a pink slip on Huskerboard?

 
Next set of questions:

How many new ones?

Should we have create a very simple questionnaire or contract? (The reason for this is because we are going to allow mods that Chad and I don't know. Frank and Dave we were just desperate.)

Let's do the same thing we did last time. Pick 4 or 5 you would like-rank them 1-5-------1 being your best choice..

Actually do we need more mods? I mean, we have nine to every single forum? Most of the "moderating" is done by half of them. Not to say the other half isn't worth having, but damn. 9 per forum is pretty high already.

Yes, we are going to be bigger this year. Everyone loves the recruiting and I'm in need of finding someone to help. We all work, we are simple not able to cover everything. We may only need to get one, but I want your input now to stay ahead.

 
Is there any way to determine who is posting at what times of the day? It would help if we could figure out who could provide "coverage" at the times the rest of us can't.
