Also, "the South" is a pretty big area. TJ had more connections in Louisiana and we have several commits/targets from there. Warren has more connections in Georgia so to me it's not that surprising.

Although ADS and StP could be on to something as well.

Yup, TJ was a Louisiana guy and got us started at Edna Carr. That is a major hook-up for our program.
