I don’t buy it as ochaun was only in our program for half a year. Our S and C program may have been terrible, but ochaun wouldn’t be the right litmus test at all.Not sure the best place to put this, but I just talked to someone that works where Ochaun is working out preparing for the draft. He said he is making gains way faster compared to everyone else and the trainers are laughing about how bad our strength staff must have been. I'm sure that's common in a lot of industries to call out the previous work as shoddy but a lot of smoke that the previous staff was meh.

Agreed. Major eye roll from me when I see these.Have to admit, I’m so over off season hype videos till they start playing better. Hope someone enjoys them.
I'd buy it based upon on field results, especially watching the sloth bears on the OLineI don’t buy it as ochaun was only in our program for half a year. Our S and C program may have been terrible, but ochaun wouldn’t be the right litmus test at all.
Their approach hasn't given anybody Rhabdo so far so that's a positive. But in seriousness I have read that this staff likes to focus more on explosive lifts vs. pure strength lifts ie. power cleans and such. Also players like it thus far.I’d like to hear what their S&C approach is...the videos do nothing for me.
