In case anyone noticed - and wondered - we got some code from our vendor for a new side video player. As you can see, the intial graphic loads and then...nothing. Results the same in Chrome and in IE (haven't tested in Firefox) which seems to eliminate a browser issue. Oh, zoogies - I also stripped out all the code for the old players - same result.

Anyway, I've emailed the vendor to ask for some assistance, which is why I left it up rather than reverting to an earlier version - I want them to see what we are seeing.

 
Update - seems it's a server issue with the vendor (who knew they used the same host we do, apparently). Anyway, they're working on it. So, if anyone asks...

 
I know it's a little large, we will get used to it. The ads may seem a little out of place, but we need them to support thboard. We have recently invested more money into this server issue we have been dealing with. Apparently they had the tools to help us all along and we got pissed they then told us what they may have to help. Things cost money, ads pay for them.
