Non Conference Big 12 games at Arrowhead?

I think this is a GREAT idea. I could see teams like Mizzou, KU and Iowa St playing us. Maybe even aTm, OU or Okie Lite. No way UT would ever do something like this. But I would like to play the Whorns again someday. I would like to play them a lot.

 
Nebula, they had no choice but have UT as a rival. They tried to keep us, but it went to the way side. You talk to all the OU fans down here and they all say the same thing, they hate that we are gone and wish we were still playing each other every year. some rib me for being a Husker, but it's still all respect for us. We will never get that respect or hospitality from MU.

You guys KILL me. All due respect, and frankly, you're probably in the right and I'm in the wrong, but TO HELL WITH OKLAHOMA.

Our only real rival over the last 16 years was Missouri, and if there is one team I'd wanna keep playing, it's them. I seriously do not care about Oklahoma. I've said it before so I'm just repeating myself here, but it is very clear that Oklahoma valued Texas WAY more than us. They turned their backs on us. Why do we keep throwing rose petals at their feet considering the way they abandoned us for their seat next to the Longhorn throne?

Oklahoma love makes me sick. @#$% Oklahoma. I hope they lose every game next year. Even the one to Texas. (Alright, maybe that one went a little far.)

I don't disagree with your emotions Nebula ... heartally agree actually ... however, being a former Big 8 rival ... I'd love the annual rivalry with OU ... time will always shake things out. If our Huskers are on the right side of the issue time will show it. To me, OU's and the rest of the original Big 8 and their decisions past would make for keeping the OU/NU rivalry. It adds much to the rivalry. It's not about throwing any rose petals at their feet to me ... it's about the opportunity to show them the error of their ways. :-)
