Number of recruits

Does anyone know the final number of recruits Nebraska take this year? I know 25 is the max, but there are exceptions and loop holes. i have heard that Nebraska of having 27 spots availble. is this true? we have 22 right now and if everything goes right there could be 25-28 new kids coming. so what is the final number?

I also heard 27.

 
It's just according to how many recruits want to jump on board right now. It's not likely we go over that number, but if it were to happen, we can take on the guys without a problem.
