You must be so proud that the Huskers are now a laughing stock.

So embarrassing.

But hey, he doesn't make funny faces.
Oh no, I can assure you. You are far happier that this coach is losing close games than I will ever be.

You and your type on this board have been praying for it. You're comment about "funny faces" says where your focus is. You're still hanging from the low hanging nuts of Bo Pelini.

Cool troll brah.

This trolling is not even funny.

The key to trolling is to be funny. That way some idiots will forgive you and you can stick around. At this rate you will end up in the village of the banned.

Insulting actual facts is not really 'fun' just straight troll.

Here let me give you a phone number to call 1-800-eat-sh#t

HIs image sig is that of the classic troll huge smile, laughing....

Why do we have this guy around. I occasionally am serious...

Ask the guys in chat today I was pleasant and a legit NU fan....

And yes, Brah, Bro, I am mad, This lost is heart breaking. Because I am an actual fan and it hurts.

His sig might as well be this.

TA is not a QB. He's an athlete under center. His mechanics are very poor and so is his decision making. This is a known fact and every single game the commentators talk about his mechanics. I really see nothing to lose by letting the no. 2 QB play. Starters lose their jobs all the time on both sides of the ball. QB should be no different.
Just throwing this out there...maybe he's dumb. Maybe many of our recruits are dumb. We played a freshman back that we "stole" from Wisconsin solely because HE COULDN'T GET ADMITTED to the "academic" institution there. They have standards for their STUDENT-athletes. Not sure we do. So, you get what you get.

Sorry, but its the truth. Our academic standards are the lowest in this conference. Lower than Indiana.

Quick summary: how did the players' spirits look postgame? All eyes are going to be on how this Nebraska team responds to adversity this week.

(Same as last week)
They might be dumb enough to think there is still something to play for, I mean you see all the stupid penalties?

Who gives a crap on what Benning has to say. Who gives a crap about what Keyshawn Johnson had to say. Who gives a crap what anybody has to say.

What does matter is results. After 6 games we are 2-4 and this coaching staff is still struggling maintaining good clock management, poor playcalling, an offensive identity, running back issues, secondary issues, etc.

None of those issues have gotten better week after week but have gotten worse......and that's concerning coming from a coaching staff with a lot more coaching experience than the previous staff.
Let me follow your trail of logic and posit that we should also not give a crap about what you have to say?

Long term? No. You make the change if you don't see results.

Short term? You need to give a guy a fair shake at it. That means a couple of years, at least, to show he's got a chance to move things in the right direction.
Every Husker fan better be praying to god Riley works out and he's not not fired this year or next, because NO coach will come here if he's fired. It's one thing to fire an a-hole coach like Pelini- in large part for being an a-hole. It's another thing to go full-retard on Mr. Rogers. College football will never forgive us.

AFHusker sounds like a typical bigredboard member who hates Osborne and anything he touches.
I have never been on that board so nice try. But since you are trying categorize people, I can play that game too. You sound like the typical uneducated inbred redneck who thinks that the only way NU can win is with walkons and "the Nebraska way" (which died under Frank in Boulder 62-36 in 2001) . Someday you will realize that walkons don't win sh#t and recruiting is the lifeblood of any college program. By having to play the number of walkons now isn't a show of how good our walkon program is, it is showing how poorly Bo recruited.

As for TO with everyone else I just deal with facts. And the facts are that he was a great coach that couldn't pick a good HC to replace him to save his life as both Frank and Bo were failures that he is responsible for. He did great things for the AD with the exception of hiring Bo who was never qualified to be here in the first place. I love what he did for the basketball program with the hire of Miles and the upgrade in facilities that were sorely needed.

Dr. Strangelove, do you pour your own piss in your Cheerios?
No, am I the only one who thought we would lose? Nebraska cannot defend the pass with any sort of confidence, no lead is safe (see Southern Miss). Until we can reliably prevent a team from scoring when it matters, I'll continue to watch games at the edge of my seat and will only celebrate when the clock hits 0:00 with the lead.
Seriously - why are you alive? What could you possibly live for that this is your attitude? This is one of the most embarrassing utterances I've ever seen in my life. How angry of a person are you? I am blown away.

What you say is right. We can't hold a lead (the stats clearly back that up - we've been tied/led with 11 seconds left in every game this year). But to be so pessimistic and angry and to act like that crowd and that moment wasn't a GREAT moment to be a part of... just... why? Why are you like that? I truly don't get it. Be happy.

Not at all. Jano had a great play, but I also just knew we were going to lose.

The real moment of joy was after the first FG bounced off the upright. I thought for a fleeting moment that I was wrong. However, Wisconsin got the ball back with plenty of time with the wind at their back. Knowing the defense just can't stop anybody, and with Wisconsin outplaying Nebraska for most of the afternoon, it was pretty clear what the outcome would be.

This is a pretty stupid statement. You don't have to agree with me, feel free to disagree, but there is no need for statements like that even though you're behind the anonymity of a message board..

I'm actually a very happy person. I just happen to think the team isn't very good, and I've learned this season not to celebrate much until the clock reads 0:00. I wish the defense could pick the team, and fans, on their backs and keep that kind of excitement going for a season. I simply feel like the moment was premature, as the team just struggles too much.

It's not anything to do with what happens on the field.
It has everything to do what happens on the field...absolutely it does. Just because your inane statement flows into your rant, that doesn't make it true. Do you really believe that everything posted could be...SHOULD BE...100% positive after the sh!t show we have seen? Do you really, REALLY think that the people blasting Riley would still be blasting him if he even pulls out TWO of the FOUR winnable games?

It seems to me that you are the one throwing a tantrum, because the script was supposed to be Riley cruising to a 10 win season and you would be able to keep trash talking "The One Who Shall Not Be Named", only the scene doesn't match the lines you have rehearsed.

So it's time down and eat your crow like a big boy, and please don't speak with your mouth full.

No it doesn't. Riley's struggles have simply opened the door for the Bolievers to turn up their volume and suddenly be the loudest people here while the rest of us with common sense sit back and understand that this was gonna take more than six games, heck more than a season to make this thing HIS OWN.

I haven't been 100% positive and I back this staff 100%. I don't even think the coaches have been 100% positive. Just because your inane statement flows into your rant, that doesn't make it true. Like I said, there are people that would bash this staff regardless, those are the people I'm referring to in my comment, I made that pretty clear too if you were competent enough to gather that. Peopl questioning this staff and questioning the future of this program is a reasonable response to the start of the season, that too has been acknowledged over and over. Talking about firing people and massive overhauls of philosophies seems overreactive and some of us choose not to participate in the practice of stupidity. You've got plenty here on this board that have been willing participants, stick to quoting their posts, not mine.

I don't throw tantrums.

There was no 10 win script bud. Not written by anyone with a brain anyway. There was hope and guessing of how things might go, but the expectations by some were overblown, and weren't the "script" most people were reading.

So it's time down and eat your crow like a big boy, and please don't speak with your mouth full.
This internet tough guy sh#t got old for me a long time ago, especially recently with you and GBRedneck. I go to Huskerboard tailgates and I've been to a bar crawl. I will attend the next one and I won't bring my children if you can promise me you will be there and want to back this up. I'm not threatening you, I'm not calling you a coward or anything, GBRedneck either, what I am saying is that I don't like people disrespecting me and it makes it very easy to do it through a keyboard. I'm not saying I will whip your a$$, I'm saying that if you chose to talk that way to me face to face, I'd be the kind of guy that would oblige you with your desired response.

This doesn't make me a tough guy, this makes me a real person. In my opinion some of you seem to talk a whole lot, but show your face at some of these thing very little. It makes it a lot easier to have these discussions in person.

100% spot on. The only tantrums I've read on here are the ones bashing the former staff or the ones who bash anyone who is questioning the current underachieving staff.
