Wasnt this one of the gripes about Callahans offense? Yards and no points
Against s#!tty teams, yes

Not great? it's statistically the worst in 16 years, it's literally horribleI mean we've put up 493 and 518 yards on Wisconsin the past two years. They've done a good job preventing points, so it really comes down to whether they can keep that up. I can buy that some of that is due to a good defense making stops when they need to, but they won't continue to keep 500 yards in the 21-24 point range. And we did that with an offense which you point out hasn't been great this year.
Ahh... so we have improved to non discriminatory yardsAgainst s#!tty teams, yes
How many new OL play start next year? Do we give both Benhart and Corcoran the start? Move Farniok inside and one takes over for Hixson or Wilson. Can Piper start at a Guard spot?
Is Christian Gaylord going to get a medical redshirt or will he move on? If he comes back he would most likely start at RT, although we have not seen much from him. If he moves on you definitely throw Benhart out there to get him experience.New starters or new starters at a position?
I think we'll see two new starters. Benhart at RT and Piper at one of the guard spots. Farniok still starts but at a new position.

The wild card there might be if he lost interest in football after his dad passed away. That could change a kid’s perspective. Is Christian Gaylord going to get a medical redshirt or will he move on? We are 26th in run yards a game averaging 205 a game. In 2017 we were 120th in rush yards per game, 107. I think you are wrong. Not great? it's statistically the worst in 16 years, it's literally horrible
Turnovers have been our Achilles heel most of these Iowa games.Side note: Reading the (short but excellent) interview of somebody in Iowa's press staff yesterday I noticed that he inserted a bit of phraseology about disrupting the Husker offense and "causing them to make mistakes." I envisioned forced fumbles and the like. Lack of ball security is a game loser, as are interceptions, of course.
Yes it made me worry. It also looked like good chalk board material. I began to see his remarks as a threat, and yeah that's classic chalk board stuff for the "threatened" team.
