They're going to give DR that run. Sometimes he gets 4-5 yards, sometimes he runs into a blocker and gets sacked

I remember when I worked with a D2 team in college, the Special teams coordinator would be getting the guys ready during the offensive series just so they could go out there immediately. And I'm guessing they weren't making $500,000.

It seriously is the simplest things that are so easy to do. I just don't get it, if I was being paid that much money I would definitely be doing all the little things and then some!
