What a ride.  Was set to go to the NFL a year ago, with Dylan Raiola the heir apparent for the Dawgs. 

Beck decides to return, Raiola flips to Nebraska.

Now Beck still not going to the NFL.

Smart move for him. He gets another year to try and improve his suffering draft stock, while also making a hell of a lot of money in the meantime.

 
Was curious if there had ever been a fully midwest title game and it doesn't look like it (I didn't go back past the 90s as the bowls obviously weren't set up for a "title" game). Also second season in a row with no SEC team in the title game. It looks like since 06-07 the only other season beyond the past two without a SEC team in the title game was the 14-15 season.
