That's one of Frost's biggest problems, imo. He's not going to replace anyone unless he's forced.

IMHO, if being forced to improve, then no doubt he needs to go as well.

The first real play CTB has made for us the whole year 

Hence the huge crowd roar.  I sometimes wonder if they realize after many screw ups and then one good play they notice the sarcasm in the roars.

The O-line is just plain soft. The much-hyped S&C program hasn't impressed me at all during Frost's tenure

In my opinion it goes beyond Strength & Conditioning.

• It's the overall Offensive Blocking Scheme
  
• Footwork technique plays a huge role in how well an O-Line executes. (One wrong step by one lineman can effect the entire play)
  

I do believe the entire team is in much better physical shape than what we were under Riley.
