The offense is "Pick A Play"

There is no rhythm to it. No series of plays that are trying to set up another series of plays.

It's just a grab bag mess, especially the base running game.

And all of this is in year 4.  With a coach who was alleged to be an offensive guru.  Did I mention year 4.
