***Official FAU Discussion Thread***

First half impressions

  • I hope Gregory's injury is minor, very minor
  • OL looks really good
  • AA and Cross look faster
  • Westercamp is the man
  • TA is not accurate
  • No improvement on penalties or ST
  • No turnovers on offense, although the dropped punt and tipped screen were close
  • DL is getting no push when rushing four
  • N. Jerry is hitting hard
  • Defense cannot seem to force a TO
  • DBs not too bad considering the players that graduated

Guys, this rule was obviously implemented a while ago with the forward looking intent to ruin our chances to run up the score on FAU. It's a huge conspiracy and most certainly involves time travel, and a couple retards, some string, and a model airplane. I blame the Big XII, that's the only possible explanation.

Disagree with the bolded....with the exception of "N. Jerry"....just wanted to point out probably meant "Gerry" before someone got confused.

Like what I've seen from Tommy, McMullen, and of course Ameer. I would also have no issues with Westerkamp being our top receiving target. Penalties have been frustrating. A lot of potential for this to be a very dynamic offense. The talent is there, can Beck deliver?

Gregory.

Definitely disagree about TA's accuracy. For the most part he's been on the money today. A few bad passes here and there yeah (no surprise), but even on most of the incomplete passes he's put it where only the receiver could get to it. He definitely looks improved from last year.
